This course is significantly cheaper than hands-on workshops and allows you to approach the learning at your own pace. After your purchase, you will be redirected to download a .zip file containing 21 video files. Watch them back to back or take your time and learn at a leisurely pace.
During the second section of this course, I will take you to the Big Bend Region of Texas for some on-site instruction. The International Dark Skies Association ranked the Big Bend Region as number 4 on their list of top 7 places in the entire world to stargaze.

Q: Is this an in-person class?
A: No, this is an online class made up of several video lessons. The lessons are structured to give you the same level of instructions as an in-person class, but for a fraction of the cost.
Q: What gear do I need for this class?
A: At a minimum, you will need a camera with manual settings, a wide-angle lens and a sturdy tripod.

Q: What level of skill is this course meant for?
A: This course was designed for beginners to advanced photographers. I start the course off assuming you know nothing about nighttime photography. The later lessons include advanced techniques I have developed over the past year.
